$500 to publish your essay or $100 for your Instagram story!

Share your story: Submit your essay or Instagram story for a chance to win. See below for rules and guidelines.

Guidelines:

Students should show, through a single story, how you faced the challenge of connecting your classroom learning to new contexts by having participated in a study abroad, internships, or other university-sponsored experiences.

Submission length: essays should be between 700-800 words and Instagram stories under 4 minutes. See the College of Humanities for submission deadlines https://humanities.byu.edu/experience-journal/ . Published essays will be awarded $500. Winning Instagram stories will be awarded $100 and appear in the e-journal.
